Neighborhoods
Pelican Landing is comprised of two parcels, Phase I (Pelican Landing) and Phase II (The Colony at Pelican Landing).
Both were developed by WCI Communities. Phase I was developed first, starting in 1989. Construction on Phase II started in the late 1990s. Phase II contains high-rise residential towers.
